Funding is work – Team work

For most companies, getting funding is a big job that requires focus, relationship building, and management.
The good new for entrepreneurs is that there are more funding resources available to start ups than ever before. You can use AngelList, or connect with an Angel group. Leverage venture savvy banks like SVB and Comerica. Go for Crowd funding. And of course, target VCs. But it’s still a lot of work, and fund raising is more effective if it can be managed, ideally as a team. Unfortunately, there has not been a Salesforce for startup funding.
Eric Jackson, the VP of Marketing at startup legend PayPal, has built a great ecosystem on Caplinked of investors, companies, advisors, and yes, deals – and the tools to manage it all.
